This role focuses on the assembly and production of plastic static mixers using both manual and semi-automated processes. You will assemble plastic components with precision, follow established procedures, and help maintain consistent production output while upholding high standards of quality and accuracy.
Responsibilities- Assemble plastic static mixers using manual, semi-automated, and automated processes as required.
- Perform detailed assembly of plastic parts, often by hand, following established work instructions and production guidelines.
- Handle general production tasks to support overall manufacturing operations.
- Work efficiently and in a timely manner to meet or exceed daily production quotas.
- Use attention to detail to ensure all assembled parts meet quality and accuracy standards.
- Perform heavy lifting and safe handling of materials and components as needed during the production process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe and efficient production.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while operating tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Participate in repetitive, structured tasks while maintaining focus and consistency throughout the shift.
- Experience in production or assembly environments, particularly working with plastic components.
- Ability to perform repetitive, structured tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy and quality.
- Capability to use manual and semi-automated processes for assembling parts.
- Comfort with heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with general production work.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure correct assembly and adherence to specifications.
- Ability to work in a timely manner to maintain and support production quotas.
- Reliability and consistency in following established procedures and work instructions.
- Interest in hands-on work and mechanical or manufacturing processes.
- Comfort working in a role that involves repetitive tasks and routine workflows.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
