About the Role:
As a CBRE Health, Safety and Environment Sr. Analyst, you will support the development of procedures and operational guidance within the HSE program.
This role is part of the Environmental Health and Safety function, which is responsible for creating and maintaining programs and procedures that protect employees and surrounding communities.
This is an onsite position for a high-tech client in Las Vegas, operating Monday through Friday.

What You'll Do:
- Assist with implementing and reviewing playbooks, and procedures.
- Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives drive program consistency and efficiency.
- Manage initiatives to meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
- Track operational and safety risks. Develop and manage strategic risk management strategies to avoid potential incidents.
- Work with management to create strategic solutions that improve and maintain compliance as required.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
- Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-4 years of relevant HSE experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Additional certifications as required by the local authority.
- Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
- Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
