Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Operations & Project Support Specialist to join our team in Airmont, NY. This is a full-time, in-office role supporting the internal operations of a growing life insurance agency. You will help manage workflows, support key projects, maintain system accuracy, and assist with light executive-level administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Track and manage operational tasks using project management tools like Asana.
- Maintain CRM and internal systems (e.g., SmartOffice, Asana) with accurate and updated information.
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and timelines.
- Help build and maintain SOPs and internal process documentation.
- Provide light executive support including calendar organization, meeting preparation, and follow-up tracking.
- Support general office organization and day-to-day team coordination.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in business administration, finance, or a related field

Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with an early finish at 3 PM on Fridays for religious observance. The company is a mid-size insurance brokerage with approximately 10 people in the office and over 30 salespeople in the field.
