Locations: Opportunities within all boroughs (Manhattan, Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island)

Job Type: Fulltime, 36-48 hours weekly

Schedule: 3-4 12 hour shifts 7am-7pm OR 7pm-7am

Position Summary: We are seeking skilled OR entry level LPNs to join our clients growing homecare team. As an LPN, you will provide one-on-one care to patients, helping them maintain their health, independence, and dignity at home.

Responsibilities:

·  Deliver direct nursing care in patient homes

·  Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

· Monitor and document patient conditions and progress

· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans

· Educate patients and families on health management and safety

Qualifications:

· Current and valid LPN license in New York State

· BLS Certification (AHA or Redcross accepted)

· Ability to learn, WE WILL TEACH!

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes
