We're looking for a dependable and safety-focused Driver to join our team. In this role, you'll collect donated items from designated locations, transport materials to local facilities, and support warehouse operations that help provide valuable resources to the community.

What You'll Do
✅ Safely operate a company van and, when required, a box truck
✅ Service assigned donation collection routes throughout the day
✅ Empty donation bins and transport collected items to designated facilities
✅ Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns
✅ Load, unload, and move donated items safely and efficiently
✅ Complete route logs, vehicle inspections, and collection documentation
✅ Use GPS and route management tools to navigate collection routes
✅ Communicate professionally with site partners, community members, and team members
✅ Report route delays, site issues, and safety concerns promptly
✅ Assist with warehouse, inventory, and general labor duties as needed
✅ Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
✅ Follow all company safety policies and transportation guidelines
What We're Looking For
✔ Safe driving record and strong defensive driving skills
✔ Ability to operate vans and box trucks safely
✔ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
✔ Ability to work independently and manage daily routes efficiently
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
✔ Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
✔ Basic mobile device and GPS navigation skills
✔ Commitment to safety and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Delivery, logistics, transportation, or warehouse experience
⭐ Donation collection or community service experience
⭐ Familiarity with local roadways and delivery routes
⭐ Experience using GPS and route management software
⭐ Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
⭐ Bilingual communication skills
⭐ Box truck driving experience
