Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Provide high-quality and efficient customer service to clients.
  • Achieve monthly call quality performance targets.
  • Educate clients on products and services.
  • Utilize multiple customer databases effectively.
  • Provide technical assistance as required.
  • Collaborate with team members.
  • Operate and manage onsite equipment.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • Two Saturdays per month

Pay and Benefits

  • Pay Range: $17.00/hr
