Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Provide high-quality and efficient customer service to clients.
- Achieve monthly call quality performance targets.
- Educate clients on products and services.
- Utilize multiple customer databases effectively.
- Provide technical assistance as required.
- Collaborate with team members.
- Operate and manage onsite equipment.

- Monday to Friday
- Two Saturdays per month
Pay and Benefits
- Pay Range: $17.00/hr
