What You’ll Do:

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax regarding shipments, billing, and other concerns

- Perform data entry and clerical tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook, to organize and manage administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in customer service, data entry, and clerical work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- High School Diploma required
