Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Manufacturing and Production Associates. This role involves working in various departments such as sewing, warehouse, machine operations, assembly, and production. Successful candidates will possess mechanical abilities and a strong interest in learning manufacturing processes. Both 1st Shift (7AM - 2:30PM) and 2nd Shift (2:30 - 11PM) positions are available.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment for slitting, pleating, and assembly processes.
- Cut large rolls of filter media into narrower widths with precision for slitting.
- Run pleating machines to form precise folds and support proper media installation.
- Assemble products, components, or equipment according to specifications.
- Support warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping.
- Stitch, assemble, and finish textile components using industrial sewing equipment.
- Maintain high quality and safety standards throughout all processes.
- Interest in learning manufacturing with mechanical abilities.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing is preferred.
- Consistent work history with no more than one job per year.
- Ability to operate basic machinery and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to read and speak English.
- Reliable transportation.
- Experience in production, machine operation, general labor, and inspection is advantageous.

Work Environment
Work in a clean, organized production and warehouse environment with a strong focus on safety, training, and proper personal protective equipment (PPE). Experience hands-on, fast-paced work across warehouse, assembly, and sewing roles. The facility offers predictable schedules with consistent weekly hours, opportunities for cross-training and skill development, and a respectful, inclusive atmosphere. Please note that the work environment is not climate-controlled, and temperatures may vary with the seasons.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Lima, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.50/hr.
