Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Mac specialist to join a prominent healthcare organization. The role involves supporting the transition of old Mac equipment to new, handling both hardware and software upgrades, imaging machines, resolving application issues, and more.
Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed inventory of hardware and software used at private practices.
- Support simultaneous projects at various hospital sites, addressing Mac software, application, and hardware issues, and providing upgrades and MDM support.
- Assist computer users with the installation of basic hardware/software and networking components to meet personal computer needs.
- Image workstations accurately and validate application functionality.
- Deploy workstation setups and ensure excellent cable management.
- Assist or lead site deployments for end-user hardware rollouts.

- Experience with Jamf, Mac OS, Office 365, iPad, and MDM
- Proficiency in MAC OS

Work Environment
This is an onsite position with a Monday to Friday day shift, totaling a 35-hour work week. Candidates must be flexible to travel to various hospital sites including locations in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, and Long Island. This is not a field tech role.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
