Job Title: Channel Marketing Manager (Retail & eCommerce)
About the Role
We are looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to support marketing execution across the sales organization for one of the largest retail partners in North America. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys bringing campaigns, content, and retail initiatives to life across online channels. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing project management, deep experience working with Amazon, and a passion for delivering high-quality, on-brand retail marketing experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Track and manage the execution of channel marketing programs, campaigns, and initiatives across major retail and eCommerce partners
Aggregate cross-functional inputs from creative, visual merchandising, and field teams to provide a holistic view of retail marketing activity
Support channel marketing managers with online content and campaign execution, ensuring alignment with brand standards and overall strategy
Manage creative asset workflows, including tracking requirements, managing specifications, and coordinating asset requests to ensure timely delivery
Route creative assets between internal stakeholders and external partners for review, approval, and final handoff
Oversee enhanced content distribution through syndication partners across retailer platforms
Manage weekly reporting updates to ensure accurate, timely visibility into partner enablement activities
Develop and maintain ongoing updates to retail-facing sell-in presentations and materials
Partner with cross-functional teams to support promotion launches and removals on retailer product detail pages
Support new product introduction programs and related retail readiness reviews
Provide auditing support for retailer reviews, ratings, and Q&A content
Required Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in a marketing project management, channel marketing, or similar role, with a demonstrated record of achievement
Hands-on experience working with Amazon, including Amazon Vendor Central and/or Amazon Ads
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across creative, marketing, and sales teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting channel marketing or integrated marketing campaigns
background in marketing communications, retail marketing, or digital advertising
Familiarity with Facebook, digital ad platforms, or paid media programs
Experience supporting sales enablement or program management initiatives
Comfort working within high-volume workflows and tight timelines

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
