We're looking for a hands-on Salesforce professional who combines strong administration skills with enough development experience to support and enhance a complex Salesforce environment.
Must Have:
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience
- Strong Salesforce Administration experience (security, permissions, flows, reporting, data management)
- Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
- Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) administration experience including:
- Engagement Studio
- Automation Rules
- Lead Scoring & Grading
- Dynamic Lists & Segmentation
- Forms and Lead Capture
- Experience supporting Salesforce integrations and API-based systems
- Experience with Salesforce migrations, rebuilds, or major platform enhancements
What You'll Do:
- Own the day-to-day health and stability of the Salesforce platform
- Manage Pardot/MCAE and marketing automation processes
- Support users, troubleshoot production issues, and drive root-cause resolution
- Participate in an ongoing Salesforce transformation and migration effort
- Support integrations, releases, testing, and platform governance
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, Communications, and business stakeholders globally
Description
Own the day-to-day operational health of the Salesforce platform, including incident management, releases, enhancements, production support, and user requests across global teams.
Serve as the technical owner for Salesforce and Marketing Cloud environments, ensuring system reliability, data quality, governance, and platform scalability.
Support the organization's Salesforce modernization initiative through data migration, integration cutovers, testing, configuration, and validation of third-party partner deliverables.
Manage member-facing financial processes including invoicing, participant lifecycle management, billing workflows, and multi-currency operations.
Partner with marketing, communications, events, and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions, user training, reporting, and platform enhancements.

Experience working within multi-country, federated, nonprofit, membership, or public-interest organizations.
Strong release management, environment strategy, sandbox management, metadata deployment, and source control knowledge.
Experience with finance system integrations, invoicing platforms, and cross-functional business process optimization.
Ability to create technical documentation, architecture decision records, testing procedures, and user training materials.
Strong communication skills with the ability to support global users across multiple time zones and business functions.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
