Client Solutions Coordinator - Linear
Summary
The Client Solutions Coordinator (CSC) role at Warner Bros. Discovery is an entry level position designed to build a strong foundation for a career in multiplatform media sales. The CSC provides critical sales and campaign support to Account Executives, Sales Planners, clients, and agencies across Linear and/or Digital advertising solutions, ensuring accurate execution, strong client service, and seamless campaign delivery across WBD platforms.
Responsibilities
• Build strong working relationships and act as a liaison between advertising agencies and internal WBD teams, including Pricing, Planning & Inventory, Operations, Marketing, Billing, and Activation
• Execute and manage client advertising orders across Linear and/or Digital platforms, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal approval processes
• Respond to client and agency inquiries in a timely, professional manner to support client needs and service expectations
• Manage campaign updates, including program, placement, creative, or delivery changes, and communicate changes to clients and internal partners
• Partner with Account Executives, Sales Planners, and Marketing on promotional assets, creative deadlines, approvals, and campaign materials
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Activation teams to ensure accurate scheduling, trafficking, and delivery of advertising campaigns
• Reconcile billing discrepancies in partnership with agencies and internal billing teams
• Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by Client Solutions Management, Sales leadership, or Ad Sales executives
Requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM/OMS and digital tools a plus
•Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills with a customer first mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced, cross functional environment
• Quick learner who adapts to new tools, processes, and information
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States; overtime flexibility as needed
