Attention Currently hiring for two Tier 1 Technical Support positions Midtown East Manhattan
Work Environment:
Contract- 4 - 6 months
Pay: Negotiable
Schedule: Saturday - Tuesday, 40hrs a week - Midtown East Manhattan
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical support representatives in NYC to assist with the onbaording of 150 Interns
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first contact with INterns who need technical tier 1 assistance
- Perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues.
- Provide needed information on IT products or services.
- Maintain technical documentation, software installation, hardware configuration, and problem troubleshooting.
- Install, make changes, and repair computer hardware and software.
