Materials Scientist

Description

Must Haves:

1. Bachelor in Physical or Life Science (Materials Science a plus)

2. 1-2 years of lab experience

3. Strong attention to detail

Open to candidates who have worked in biology lab doing pipetting. Plus if they have experience prepping or sample testing metals or have prior experience in a research and development or materials testing laboratory

Plus if they have experience in materials science or engineering, particularly as it relates to metallic materials and metallurgy

Job duties:

- Alloying, mounting and counting metal samples manually

- Prepping and handling samples

- Must have understanding of lab safety principles

- Record keeping
