The Job:
The main function of marketing coordinator is to provide high-level marketing administrative support by developing and implementing marketing processes and developing CRM campaigns to help retain our HBO Max customers.
The Daily - Major Activities:
• Develop CRM campaign briefs designed to drive subscriber engagement and retention for HBO Max, partnering cross-functionally with Design, CRM Operations, and Copywriting teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Collaborate closely across the Retention & Engagement organization to support campaign execution, ensure timely delivery of initiatives, and contribute toward quarterly business objectives.
• Support management of the CRM programming roadmap and campaign calendar, helping coordinate priorities, timelines, and key launches across teams.
• Maintain and evolve the CRM experimentation framework, including tracking tests, documenting learnings, and supporting optimization efforts to improve campaign performance.
The Essentials:
• Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
• Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0-3 years of experience.
