🛠️ What You’ll Do
- 🚛 Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
- ⚙️ Operate production equipment (saws, presses, crushers, cleaning machines)
- Cut, clean, package, and prep products for shipment
- Safely use forklifts, hoists, and other equipment (training provided)
- Perform inspections and take measurements (tape measure)
- Label and track materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- 👷 Support experienced operators and learn multiple departments through cross-training
- 🎯 Help the team meet daily production goals
🔁 Typical Day:
- Start shift with team check-in and production priorities
- Work as a floater, supporting different areas as needed
- Operate equipment, move materials, and complete production tasks
- Assist operators + learn new skills on the floor
- Track materials and complete basic documentation
- Rotate tasks based on production needs

✅ What You’ll Need
Required:
- 🎓 High School Diploma or GED
- 💪 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- 🏭 Comfortable in a physical, hands-on role
- ⏱️ Strong reliability and attendance
Bonus Experience:
- Experience in manufacturing or warehouse
- Forklift experience
- Mechanical or hands-on experience
