Position Overview
The Supply Chain Administrator is a key support role within the supply chain team, responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, generating reports, and supporting procurement activities. This position requires a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of supply chain processes and experience working with ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry for inventory and supply chain records.
- Conduct inventory reconciliations to support procurement and planning functions.
- Generate, update, and distribute supply chain and production reports.
- Maintain and update production balances on Big Line schedules.
- Create, edit, and close shop orders in the ERP system.
- Reconcile raw material consumption against BPCS shop order entries.
- Perform stage transactions and manage Master Batch Sheets for Bulk Liquid.
- Retrieve and manage archived documents through Iron Mountain.
- Support general office duties including document organization, filing, and scanning.
- May assume planning responsibilities based on performance and aptitude.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a supply chain or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook).
- Demonstrated accuracy in data entry (95%+ accuracy rate).
- Experience with inventory reconciliation and supply chain reporting.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP and BPCS.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
