Position Overview: Cognisight provides services to health insurance companies (client) to support medical record reviews and audits. In this role you will support and participate in the Demographic & Enrollment and Pharmacy audits with our clients. Job Description: Provide overall audit support with duties that include, but are not limited to: • Accountable for performing critical initial review of Demographic & Enrollment and Pharmacy screenshots against expected information with readiness for validation review processing functions across multiple client source systems; requiring strong attention to detail, accuracy and quality control • Review client source system screenshots alongside expected data while navigating multiple computer screens • Ability to work in a fast paced, complex organization, securely handling Protected Health Information (PHI) and supporting regulated deadlines • Strong working knowledge in Microsoft applications, Adobe and the ability to navigate in a web based tool Requirements: • Associate’s degree preferred and/or 2 years office experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary software tools • Knowledge of member demographics, health insurance policies and source systems is recommended • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High level of professionalism Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be accountable for performing critical initial reviews of Demographic & Enrollment and Pharmacy screenshots against expected information, ensuring readiness for validation view processing functions across multiple client source systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control. Key Responsibilities: Perform initial reviews of client source system screenshots alongside expected data while navigating multiple computer screens. Ensure accuracy and quality control in matching screenshots to expected data without much hand-holding from the team. Securely handle Protected Health Information (PHI) and support regulated deadlines in a fast-paced, complex organization. Utilize strong working knowledge in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, and Adobe Pro. Navigate and operate efficiently within a web-based tool for the Initial Validation Audit (IVA), reviewing enrollment and pharmacy screenshots against expected information. Maintain focus and attention to detail in a data-entry intensive and repetitive work environment. Qualifications: Proven experience in data entry with a strong emphasis on attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Outlook, and Adobe Pro. Ability to work independently and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Experience handling PHI securely and adhering to regulated deadlines. Strong organizational skills and the ability to navigate multiple computer screens efficiently.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
