We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping properties safe, functional, and looking their best. What You'll Do
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by completing repairs and ensuring units are move-in ready.
- Perform drywall repair, painting, flooring repairs, and other general maintenance tasks.
- Complete light electrical and plumbing repairs throughout the property.
- Assist with HVAC maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Respond to maintenance requests and service calls in a timely manner.
- Conduct routine property inspections and address safety concerns as needed.
- Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the property.
- Track work orders and document completed repairs.
- Assist with inventory management and maintenance supply organization.
- Support seasonal property needs, including snow removal and salting during winter months.
What We're Looking For
- Previous maintenance, facilities, apartment, or building maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience with drywall, painting, basic electrical, plumbing, or HVAC.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and perform physical maintenance tasks throughout the day.

Additional hours may be available during seasonal demands, weather events, or emergency maintenance situations.
Work Environment
This position supports a residential apartment community and includes both indoor and outdoor maintenance responsibilities. You'll work alongside a close-knit maintenance team while performing apartment renovations, resident service requests, property upkeep, and seasonal maintenance activities. An on-call rotation is part of the role and helps ensure residents receive prompt emergency maintenance support when needed.
