Our client, a leading manufacturing company is seeking a Administrative Support Assistant to join their team for a 6-month contract!
Job Description
Join a dynamic manufacturing company in an office support role where you will engage with ERP/MRP systems and provide essential clerical assistance.
Responsibilities
- Manage document scanning and upload them into ERP/MRP systems.
- Perform general clerical tasks as needed.
- Utilize MS Word and MS Excel effectively.
- Review documentation and maintain document control.
Essential Skills
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative or clerical work.
- High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Data entry experience.
- Strong administrative and clerical skills.
Work Environment
Located in Schenectady, NY, the position operates Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm. The work environment is business casual, and the role is initially a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension. The company offers accrued sick time through New York State and has recently been acquired by a growing international manufacturer.
