Overview
Be the welcoming face of a fast-paced medical pavilion. As a Patient Greeter, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for patients, visitors, and vendors. This is a highly visible, patient-facing position where your professionalism, organization, and communication skills directly impact the overall experience and flow of care.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients, visitors, and vendors with warmth and professionalism
- Assist with patient check-in and verify basic appointment details
- Provide clear directions and help patients navigate the facility
- Manage high foot traffic and incoming inquiries with efficiency and composure
- Enter and update information in EMR and other systems with accuracy
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient flow
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliant)
- Keep the front desk and waiting areas organized, safe, and presentable
- Support general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering questions
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in a medical receptionist or healthcare front-desk role
- Strong customer service skills with a compassionate, patient-first mindset
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Solid understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality standards
- High school diploma (required)
Nice to Have
- Experience with prior authorizations
- Familiarity with medical office operations
- General administrative and clerical experience
- Interest in building a long-term career in healthcare
Work Environment & Schedule
- Fast-paced, high-volume medical pavilion setting
- Frequent interaction with both clinical teams and patients
- Evening and late-night shifts required
Example Schedule Options (~32 hrs/week):
- Option 1:
- Sun (2:00 PM – 12:45 AM), Mon & Tues (4:30 PM – 12:45 AM), Fri (4:00 PM – 8:15 PM)
- Option 2:
- Sun–Tues evening shifts + Fri & Sat evening coverage
Pay & Benefits
