Inside Sales Representative
Uniondale, NY | Base Salary + Commission
Join a growing aviation company and build a career in high-end charter sales. This role is ideal for someone with 6+ months of sales experience who enjoys relationship-building, outbound prospecting, and delivering exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Manage charter bookings from inquiry to completion.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver a first-class customer experience.
- Learn the aviation industry and become a trusted charter expert.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ months of sales, inside sales, or call center experience.
- Strong cold-calling and communication skills.
- Customer-focused, driven, and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Interest in aviation is a plus.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
