Job Title: Administrative/Accounting Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and well-organized Administrative/Accounting Assistant capable of easily grasping tasks. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the office through effective support in administrative and accounting tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable along with additional accounting tasks.
- Perform filing and other administrative duties to maintain organized records for easy access.
- Utilize Excel, Word, and Email for various office tasks.
- Assist with financial operations by using QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks.
Essential Skills
- Ability to efficiently follow through on requested tasks.
- Comfortable with math and multiplication.
- Proficient in learning new office programs.
- Excellent data entry skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in administrative support.
- 1+ years of experience in accounts payable/accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and NetSuite.
- Competence in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the team.
Work Environment
This position requires a fully on-site presence, although it is not an office setting. The role offers a flexible schedule with a start time between 5:30 AM and 7 AM, totaling 30+ hours a week. You will be part of a tight-knit team.
