Customer Support Specialist
Location: On-site – Wappingers Falls, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
(35 hours/week)
Duration: Ongoing contract
Overview
Our clientl is
seeking a Customer Support Specialist to
join its team in Wappingers Falls, NY. This role supports internal teams and
external customers by assisting with quote
creation, order entry, reporting, and day‑to‑day customer support. This
is an on-site position with strong visibility and long-term potential within a
mission-driven organization focused on improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with creating customer quotes accurately and efficiently
- Run quarterly consumption reports related to usage of a specific product line
- Provide customer support via phone and email, ensuring a positive and professional experience
- Perform basic order entry and ensure order accuracy
- Partner with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and support operational needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in internal systems
- Support process improvements and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in customer support, customer service, or order administration
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with reports, data, and basic Excel functions
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams
- Experience with order entry, quoting, or CRM systems is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working on-site Monday–Friday
- This is great for a recent College Graduate.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
