The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food science and a passion for developing new and innovative products. This role will involve working with juices, coffees, and teas to create and improve our product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and experiments to develop new products and improve existing ones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions about product development.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in food science.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of research and development activities.

Essential Skills

• Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in food science or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.

• Master's degree in Food Science or a related field.
