Job Title: Manufacturing Associate (2nd Shift) – $19 to $23/hr
Job Description
Join a growing manufacturing team producing high-quality filtration products in a clean, modern facility. This is a hands-on role working on 2nd shift with opportunities for overtime and long-term growth.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble filter products in a fast-paced production environment
- Operate and assist with machines (presses, slitters, expanders)
- Package finished products and prepare for shipping
- Perform basic quality checks using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers)
- Read work instructions and follow production guidelines
- Help stage materials and support warehouse/shipping as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience
- Comfortable with repetitive work and standing for long periods
- Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable using computers for basic data entry
- Reliable and able to work 2nd shift (Mon–Thurs, ~2:30pm–12:30am)
Nice to Have
- Experience with press machines or similar equipment
- Forklift experience
- Experience in assembly, packaging, or warehouse work
