The company recognizes effort with holiday bonuses and occasional catered lunches, and leadership takes an all-hands-on approach by working alongside employees on the floor. You benefit from the resources of a large operation with multiple locations and thousands of employees while working in a close-knit production team environment.
Work Environment
The facility manufactures bricks and paver stones for construction and operates as an industrial production plant. The environment is not temperature controlled and can become dusty due to the materials processed, so conditions may be hot, cold, or dirty depending on the season and production activities. You work primarily on the production floor and may also work outdoors at times.
