Responsibilities
- Inspect pharmaceutical products visually to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform accurate packaging of products according to detailed packing instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Finalize and verify labeling of shipping details to ensure correct product identification and destination.
- Work on a production line, maintaining a steady pace while meeting productivity and quality targets.
- Utilize a computer to complete required training, follow electronic documentation, and access work instructions.
- operators and other team members to support efficient production and resolve basic issues.
- Confirm that the correct product is placed in each package and that all shipping information is accurate.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FDA guidelines while working in a clean, controlled environment.
- Lift and move materials and product ranging from 5 to 40 pounds throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, supporting safety and quality as top priorities.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, quality procedures, and company policies while working at a fast pace.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with processes, documentation requirements, and quality standards.
Essential Skills
- At least 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis.
- High school diploma, transcripts, or GED.
- Good vision suitable for detailed visual inspection; corrective lenses such as glasses or contacts are acceptable.
- Ability to navigate and use a computer for training modules and documentation.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures accurately.
- Strong attention to detail for inspection, labeling, and packaging tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working in an FDA-regulated environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in packaging, visual inspection, or shipping in a production setting.

Work Environment
The role is based in a clean, FDA-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing facility focused on producing IV bags and injectable drugs. The current packaging team is small, and additional production lines and shifts are being added, offering the chance to join during a period of growth. Work is performed on a temperature-controlled, two-floor site with a first-shift schedule of 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The environment combines production line activity with computer-based training and documentation, and requires adherence to strict safety, quality, and cleanliness standards typical of a regulated clean environment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
