MEP Project Manager - Columbus Airport

Job Description: This person will initially start on the Columbus Airport project (5+ year project)

• You will work closely with craftsmen, foremen, and the owner, planning out mechanical projects from start to finish.
• This role requires a thorough understanding of all the moving parts involved and what it takes to manage the process.
• You will utilize LEAN principles and have a keen understanding of owner requirements and how to deliver them.
• Additionally, you will play a key role in managing the financials to ensure the project stays on track and will continually develop and nurture customer relationships beyond a single project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred
• 7-10+ years experience in related field
• Experience working at a MEP firm managing multiple MEP projects
• Experience with Design/Build and IPD projects is considered a plus
• Familiarity with Lean Construction tools is considered a plus
