💵 Experienced CNC Operators: Up to $22.00/hr based on experience
🗓️ Available Shifts
🌞 1st Shift
- Monday-Friday
- 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
🌙 3rd Shift
- Sunday-Thursday
- 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
🔧 What You'll Do
✅ Operate CNC machines, mills, lathes, and other production equipment
✅ Load and unload parts while ensuring correct placement and orientation
✅ Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed
✅ Perform visual and dimensional quality inspections
✅ Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
✅ Read blueprints and work instructions to verify specifications
✅ Maintain production quality in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
✅ Follow all safety and quality procedures
🎯 What We're Looking For
✔️ Previous manufacturing, production, or industrial experience
✔️ Basic CNC machine operating knowledge
✔️ Ability to read and follow work instructions and blueprints
✔️ Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
✔️ Strong attention to detail and quality
✔️ Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
⭐ Preferred Experience
- CNC machining experience (1+ year preferred)
- Mills, lathes, press brakes, saws, or press operation
- Automotive or metal fabrication manufacturing
- Quality inspection and production documentation
