Job Description
Review project plans, specifications, and other documentation to understand the scope and requirements of construction projects. Collaborate with Project Manager, Engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information. Compile costs for materials, labor, and equipment for commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quantity takeoffs.
- Prepare bid proposals.
- Utilize Onscreen TakeOff, Sage, and Microsoft Excel for estimating.
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of estimating experience
- Experience in commercial construction
- Experience estimating concrete; structural experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Sage, Onscreen TakeOff, and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
