Job Title: 1st shift Production Worker
Job Description
We are searching for Production Workers for a 4+ week project and would love to have candidates start immediately! We do have experience hiring temporary workers on for full-time permanent roles who have demonstrated excellent attendance and work ethic. This is an entry level role where you would be making "shim packs".
Hours: 8:00AM-4:30PM Monday-Friday
Pay: $19/hour
Responsibilities
- Stack and band materials to build shim packs.
- Standing and repetitive work with light lifting, up to 10-15 lbs.
- Stack 4x4 pieces of steel plates with varying thicknesses.
- Use banding machine to band packs.
- Stack banded packs onto pallets.
Essential Skills/Requirements:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, construction, warehouse, or another hands-on type role is preferred.
- Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time.
- Ability to stay on task for repetitive work.
- Must wear jeans/long work pants and steel-toe or composite-toe shoes.
- Must be able to commit to the working hours for at least 4 weeks.
- Positive attitude and good work ethic.
This is a Contract position based out of Gahanna, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
