Job Description
This role is based in Grove City, OH and focuses on supporting warehouse and production operations through efficient material handling. You will begin by working on the dock performing manual unloading and storage of goods to learn the various parts and products. As you gain experience, you will progress to a broader role that combines dock unloading with internal material handling to stock and supply the production line.

Responsibilities
- Manually unload goods from trucks on the dock, ensuring safe and efficient handling of all materials.
- Organize, stage, and store products in designated areas to maintain an orderly and accessible inventory.
- Learn and identify different parts and products to ensure accurate placement and movement within the facility.
- Perform internal material handling tasks to deliver and stock materials to the production line as operations require.
- Operate forklifts and reach trucks to move, load, and unload materials once trained and authorized.
- Assist with order picking and material transfers to support production schedules and customer orders.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines and facility procedures when handling materials.
- Use basic math skills to verify quantities, lot numbers, and inventory counts for accuracy.
- Support general labor tasks in the warehouse and production areas as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
- Participate in interviews and onboarding processes, including an in-person interview with supply operations leadership after initial screening.
Essential Skills
- Experience with material handling in a warehouse, distribution, or production environment.
- Ability to perform 100% manual unloading of goods on the dock, including repetitive lifting and physical labor.
- Basic proficiency in math to verify quantities, lot numbers, and inventory records.
- Comfort working in environments that follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
- Ability to learn and recognize different parts and products to ensure accurate handling and storage.
- Willingness to operate forklifts and reach trucks, with the ability to learn and follow equipment safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail when handling inventory, lot numbers, and storage locations.
- Reliability and readiness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in GMP environments is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with lot number tracking and inventory control processes is highly beneficial.
- Background in general labor, order picking, or dock work is helpful.
- Experience operating forklifts or reach trucks is preferred, even if further training is required.
- Comfort working in a structured warehouse or production setting with established processes and guidelines.
Work Environment
This position is based in a warehouse and production facility in Grove City, OH. The role starts on the dock with 100% manual unloading, requiring frequent lifting, moving, and organizing of goods. As you progress, you will work both on the dock and within the facility, supplying materials to the production line. The environment follows Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, with established processes for handling inventory and lot numbers. You will use material handling equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks once properly trained and authorized. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
