Job Title: Office Administrator/Bookkeeper


Job Description

Perform routine office tasks such as filing, answering phones, and managing correspondence. Handle invoicing, payments, and basic accounting functions to ensure accurate financial records. Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Reconcile accounts to maintain accurate financial records and identify discrepancies. Manage electronic funds transfers and automated clearing house transactions. Utilize Outlook, Excel, and Word for various administrative tasks and reporting. Assist with human resources functions, including onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration. Use specialized software for construction accounting and project management.


Responsibilities

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience in office administration and accounting.
  • Experience in Foundation software.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and account reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in EFT/ACH banking.
  • Excellent skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • HR experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Pay4Construction is preferred.
