Job Title: Manufacturing Associate ($19.15/hr.)
Job Description
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for assembling custom window frames from start to finish. This role requires precision in using measurement tools to ensure parts meet specifications and performing quality checks on completed windows. You will operate a variety of hand and power tools, including table saws and sanders, and manage materials with equipment to move heavy windows throughout the facility. Additionally, you will carry out final quality checks before shipment and assist with other general labor tasks as needed. Responsibilities
- Assemble custom window frames from start to finish.
- Utilize tape measures and other measurement tools to ensure accuracy.
- Perform quality checks on all completed windows.
- Operate table saws, trim saws, sanders, air nailers, and other tools.
- Use carts and material handling equipment to move windows over 50 lbs.
- Conduct final quality checks before windows are prepped for shipment.
- Assist with other general labor tasks as required.
Essential Skills
- At least one year of production or manufacturing experience.
- Ability to read and interpret measurements using a tape measure.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
- Familiarity with blueprints and assembly processes.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs throughout the shift.
- Attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
- Capability to stand for long durations and perform various physical tasks.
