Job Description

- Installs new or modified equipment at customer's facility to ensure full functionality

- Reviews performance reports and documentation from customers and field representatives

- Inspects malfunctioning or damaged product to determine nature and scope of problem

- Determine source of problem, and recommends repair and replacement

- Coordinates problem resolution with engineering

- Review machine designs and engineering drawings

- Provides on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment

- Troubleshoot and/or program PLCs (ex. Siemens, Allen Bradley, ABB, Fanuc)

- Analyzes reports of technical problems to determine trends affecting future design, production, service, and processes

- Develops service handbooks and bulletins based on engineering changes

- Provides a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided

- Electrical wiring and Conduit Requirements


**Will travel up to 75 percent**


Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or experience in Field Service

- Electrically inclined

- Pervious experience wiring/running conduit

- Ability to read blueprints


Nice to Have

- Conveyer experience

- Hydraulics experience
