Apartment Setup Coordinator
Supported operations for a leading provider of temporary housing and relocation services by preparing residential units for incoming guests. Coordinated apartment setups, inventory management, inspections, and logistics to ensure accommodations were fully furnished, stocked, and move-in ready. Maintained high quality standards while working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisted with the setup, furnishing, and preparation of residential units prior to guest occupancy.
- Transported and installed housewares, furnishings, and essential items according to company standards.
- Conducted final apartment inspections to verify cleanliness, functionality, and overall readiness before resident arrival.
- Performed inventory audits to ensure all required household items, furnishings, and amenities were present and in working condition.
- Identified and resolved apartment setup deficiencies, including missing inventory items and minor maintenance concerns.
- Maintained key control procedures and managed access resources for assigned units.
- Purchased, tracked, and replenished local inventory and apartment supplies as needed.
- Coordinated with vendors, delivery teams, and internal operations staff to ensure timely apartment preparation and turnover.
- Utilized mobile applications and Microsoft Office tools to document inspections, inventory, and operational activities.
- Supported multiple apartment setup and transition projects while consistently meeting quality and timeline expectations.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.90 - $24.18/hr.
