Job Title: Production Associate (2nd Shift) ($18/hr.)
Job Description
The Production Associate will oversee the injection molding machinery, ensuring efficient production of various parts. The role involves trimming parts manually and with tools, following written work instructions, recording shop orders and daily activities, and visually inspecting parts to meet quality standards. Maintaining a clean and organized work area by following housekeeping processes and adhering to all applicable safety policies is essential. 2nd Shift: 4:00pm-12:00am*
Responsibilities
- Oversee injection molding machinery to produce various parts.
- Trim parts by hand and using tools as needed.
- Follow written work instructions accurately.
- Record information for shop orders and daily work activities.
- Visually inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all applicable safety policies.
Essential Skills
- Ability to lift 40lbs throughout the shift.
- Proficiency in reading and following work instructions.
- Capability to work standing at a workstation for the duration of the shift.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience using tools is a plus.
- Experience in press operating and forklift handling preferred.
- General production skills.
- No previous manufacturing experience required, but preferred.
- Ability to keep up with work pace and reach efficiency goals once trained.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
