General Laborer – Journeyman
- Pay: $55.00/Hour + Overtime
- Per Diem: $100/day worked (if working more than 75 miles from home)

Job Description
We are seeking Journeyman to support utility-scale solar projects across Oklahoma. This role involves installing solar panels, racking systems, and related equipment while assisting with electrical work, conduit installation, and site layout. Candidates will work closely with project teams to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with NEC and OSHA standards.
Job Requirements
- Install solar panels, racking systems, inverters, and related equipment.
- Perform conduit installation and bending.
- Read blueprints and electrical drawings.
- Troubleshoot basic electrical and installation issues.
- Follow NEC requirements and OSHA safety standards.
- Work outdoors in a construction-based solar farm environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid, unexpired Oklahoma State Unlimited Journeyman Electrician License required (Residential licenses not accepted).
- Experience with electrical installation, wiring, and conduit.
- Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot electrical systems.
- Construction or industrial electrical experience preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors and travel to project sites as needed.
