Machine Operator ($18/hour - 2nd & 3rd shifts)
Job Description
This role involves overseeing the production line, resolving minor equipment issues, feeding raw materials into machines, and packaging finished products to ensure consistent quality and output in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the production line for disposable paper products to ensure smooth, continuous operation.
- Identify and resolve small jams or minor issues on the line to minimize downtime.
- Feed raw materials into machines according to production requirements and safety guidelines.
- Package finished products accurately and efficiently, following established quality standards.
- Support heavy production demands while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Cross-train on various stations along the production line and assist wherever needed.

Work Environment
The role is based in a climate-controlled, clean manufacturing facility with heavy production activity. Operators work around automated machinery and production lines and may use basic hand tools as part of their duties. Current shift options run Monday through Friday on 8-hour rotations (7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m., and 11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.), with a planned transition back to 12-hour shifts using a 2-2-3 schedule. The environment emphasizes safety, organization, and consistent production output, with appropriate work attire required for an industrial setting.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
