Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and perform cost estimation and justification for capital and expense projects according to process design.
- Prepare business cases for capital and expense projects.
- Schedule and execute equipment and machinery inspections.
- Work closely with plant production management staff on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain work procedures and processes supporting company and departmental standards, procedures, and strategic directives.
- Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.
- Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering
- At least 3 years of manufacturing experience
- Adherence to all safety protocols and proper use of approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including respirators
Work Environment
The work environment follows Lean Six Sigma principles and involves working in an older facility. Employees are expected to adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protection Equipment. The role does not require travel.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
