Industrial Maintenance Technician
📍 Stillwater, OK | 💲 $30/hour | 🕒 Multiple Shifts Available
🔩 What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated manufacturing equipment
- Work with PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, relays, and control systems
- Perform preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance to minimize downtime
- Repair and maintain industrial motors, conveyors, pumps, and production machinery
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
- Safely troubleshoot and work on high-voltage electrical systems
- Assist with hydraulic and pneumatic system maintenance and repairs
- Identify equipment issues and recommend solutions to improve reliability and performance
- Collaborate with operations and production teams to support manufacturing goals
✅ What We're Looking For
- Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems preferred
- Ability to safely work around high-voltage equipment and follow lockout/tagout procedures
- Experience repairing motors, conveyors, and industrial machinery
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
