🔧 What You'll Be Doing:
✅ MIG & Flux Core Structural Welding
✅ Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
✅ Measure, fit, weld, and grind structural steel components
✅ Weld in vertical, overhead, and horizontal positions
✅ Set welding machine amperage and voltage
✅ Perform quality inspections on completed welds
✅ Qualifications:
✔ MIG Welding Experience Required
✔ Flux Core Welding Experience Preferred
✔ Ability to read blueprints and tape measures
✔ Comfortable using grinders and fabrication tools
✔ Ability to weld in multiple positions
⭐ Experience Requirements:
🔹 Candidates with 6+ months of structural welding experience are encouraged to apply
🔹 Welders with 1+, 2+, or 3+ years of experience are highly encouraged to apply
🔹 Structural fitting experience is a plus
