HVAC Maintenance Technician

- Training (1st Shift): 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- Weekend Shift: Fri–Sun | 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Work 36 hrs, get paid for 40)

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot electrical & mechanical issues
- Service compressors, motors, pumps, wiring, and controls
- Perform preventive & predictive maintenance
- Read blueprints & electrical schematics
- Maintain building systems & facility equipment
- Document repairs and follow safety regulations
Requirements
- 4–7 years HVAC maintenance experience
- Strong electrical & mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with commercial HVAC systems
- Ability to read schematics & technical drawings
- Valid HVAC licenses & driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in industrial environments
Preferred
- Technical school or HVAC certification
- Experience in facility maintenance / manufacturing
- Knowledge of industry regulations & standards
