What Youll Do
Youll be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment across office, lab, production, and commonarea spaces. Your work helps ensure employees, engineers, and technicians can perform at their best.
Daily Janitorial Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces
- Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and breakrooms
- Clean offices, conference rooms, corridors, and common areas according to assigned schedules
Quality & Service Support
- Follow established cleaning procedures, checklists, and task assignments
- Respond to routine cleaning requests and report issues or concerns to the Janitorial Supervisor
- Maintain assigned areas to cleanliness and appearance standards
Safety & Equipment
- Use cleaning chemicals and supplies safely and as instructed
- Operate basic janitorial equipment such as vacuums, mops, and carts
- Wear required PPE
- Report spills, hazards, or equipment issues promptly

Top Qualifications
- ITAR compliant (required for facility access)
- Previous cleaning, sanitation, or general labor experience
- Ability to perform physical tasks: standing, walking, lifting, bending
- Strong reliability and consistent attendance
- Willingness to follow instructions and work independently
- Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and equipment
- Comfortable working in commercial or industrial environments
