Job Description
Responsibilities
- Answer the phone, transfer calls, and gather detailed information from customers.
- Relay information about company timelines for scheduling install projects and lead times to get back to customers.
- Schedule Install Sales Representatives/Project Managers to go out on site visits.
- Work closely with, cross-train, and back up other Install Customer Service Representatives.
- Respond to customer inquiries, collect appropriate information, and pass it off to the appropriate person.
- Process production orders, sales orders, quotes, and other supporting documents accurately and timely.
- Monitor orders through the system and sales process as necessary.
- Communicate, relay, and provide important information to customers, following up as necessary and providing updates as requested.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, inventory requests, and other relevant inquiries.
- Investigate and resolve customer problems with deliveries or production.
- Estimate date of delivery to customers based on knowledge of the firm's production and delivery schedules.

- 6 months+ experience in customer service/administration

- Attention to detail and ability to enter accurate data
Work Environment
Working in office Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. Fully onsite in Clackamas.
Compensation:$20
