What You’ll Do
You’ll be part of a field team responsible for maintaining
the cleanliness and appearance of commercial properties across the region. Your
work helps businesses present a safe, polished, and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing commercial‑grade power washing on sidewalks, building exteriors, entryways, and other high‑traffic surfaces
- Operating pressure‑washing equipment safely and effectively
- Identifying areas needing deeper cleaning or repeat treatment
- Working independently at job sites while maintaining high attention to detail
- Ensuring equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored properly
- Providing reliable, on‑time service to meet scheduled cleaning commitments
What You Bring
Top Qualifications (Required):
- Clean driving record
- Previous power washing experience
- Solid work history in labor‑intensive, production, sanitation, or similar roles
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
Preferred (Not Required):
- Professional power washing experience at commercial or industrial properties
- 3–5 years in laborious, custodial, or production environments
- Mechanical inclination or familiarity with small engines/auto mechanics

This is a Contract position based out of Hillsboro, OR.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
