Responsibilities

• Lead audit and other assurance engagements.
• Provide timely and superior-quality services that exceed client expectations.
• Identify additional areas of service and planning opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with key business contacts and clients.
• Pursue new business development.
• Develop skills for reviewing audit and assurance engagements.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of public accounting experience.
• CPA or CPA eligible.
• Specialization in specific areas such as audit/single audit, non-profit, and employer benefits.
• Experience in corporate tax preparation and planning.
• Tech-savvy with experience using tax/audit software (CHH ProSystem preferred).
• Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft software applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Active Oregon CPA certification.
• Experience with CHH ProSystem software.
• Experience with fixed asset software.
• Experience working within a mid-sized or large-sized firm.
• Experience with a construction or non-profit client base.
• Experience with client acquisition.
