What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of inbound calls (approx. 80% of role)
- Route and resolve inquiries efficiently, maintaining a professional and positive customer experience
- Perform basic order entry and updates during lower call volume periods (approx. 20%)
- Enter and manage data using Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft 365, and reporting tools
- Support the team during a system migration and digital transformation initiative
- Compile and maintain reports using Excel and other Microsoft tools
- Follow established processes while adapting to new systems and workflows
- Escalate complex issues appropriately to leadership or Tier 2 support
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and strong attention to detail across tasks

What You Bring
Required:
- 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience
- Strong phone presence and comfort handling high call volume
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Experience in order management, order entry, or customer operations
- Exposure to ERP/CRM systems (Dynamics, etc.)
- Experience supporting system transitions or implementations
