The Cleanroom Technician performs all functions related to tube bending in a controlled cleanroom environment while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. This role involves Teflon tube bending, basic wiring, and cable assembly, as well as working from engineering drawings to build and label components to print. The technician identifies and reports issues that may affect product quality or on-time delivery, follows established test procedures, and accurately documents test data to support reliable manufacturing outcomes.
Responsibilities- Perform tube bending operations, including Teflon tube bending, in accordance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Carry out basic wiring and cable assembly tasks following work instructions and engineering drawings.
- Read, interpret, and build components to engineering drawings, ensuring accurate labeling to print specifications.
- Follow detailed test procedures and record test data clearly and accurately for quality and traceability purposes.
- Inspect assemblies and components to ensure they meet required quality standards and specifications.
- Work within a cleanroom environment, adhering strictly to all gowning procedures and cleanliness protocols.
- Identify and communicate issues that may affect product quality or on-time delivery and collaborate on corrective actions.
- Use hand tools and other equipment safely and effectively during assembly and tube bending operations.
- Comply with all company safety practices and procedures, including the use of recommended personal protective equipment.
- Maintain a professional image in accordance with company appearance standards while working in the cleanroom and manufacturing areas.
- Work both independently and as part of a tight-knit team to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Engage in effective two-way communication with team members and other departments to support smooth workflow and collaboration.

Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a positive-pressure, HEPA-filtered cleanroom within an International Standards Organization (ISO) certified facility. You will conform to all gowning procedures and maintain a professional appearance in line with company standards. The manufacturing area may involve some noise and plastic chips, and safety glasses are recommended outside designated safety corridors, with hearing protection recommended near machinery. You must comply with all company safety practices and procedures, be able to stand at your workstation for the designated shift, and lift and carry up to 35 lbs as part of normal duties.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $37.00/hr.
